About us

My name is Keelima Colaco, and I am the founder of Lauren Ann Kids Boutique.

This project holds a special place in my heart for many reasons. Growing up, my mother, Azmira Colaco, would stitch the most elegant dresses for me, starting when I was in school and continuing into college. My friends were always amazed by my outfits, often asking where I got them from. They were even more surprised to learn that my mother had made them by hand, with beautiful attention to detail, from our cozy home in Chorao, Goa. Her mastery of creating the perfect fit and exquisite designs inspired me to carry forward her legacy.

Now, as a mother myself, my daughter, Lauren Ann, who is three years old, continues to inspire me. I love dressing her up every day, ensuring her clothes are not only stylish but also made from soft, comfortable fabrics. I believe girls should feel elegant and graceful in what they wear, without compromising on comfort. After all, there’s something magical about how little girls light up when they wear a dress that makes them feel beautiful.
