Every product at Lauren Ann is thoughtfully designed and crafted with love. We encourage you to read our policy carefully before placing your order.
❌ Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable / Limited Exchange Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased from the “Sale” section

Special limited collections such as Holi Collection, Christmas Collection, etc.

These collections are not eligible for returns

Only size exchanges are allowed (subject to availability)

Made-to-Order / Custom-Stitched Dresses (see clause below)
⚠️ Each order is eligible for only ONE return or exchange.
Any request to exchange a product that has already been exchanged once will not be approved.
🧵 Made-to-Order / Custom Dress Policy
The following conditions apply to Made-to-Order and Custom-Stitched Dresses:

These dresses are customized specifically for your order

No returns, cancellations, or refunds are permitted once the order is confirmed

Size exchanges are not guaranteed and will be approved solely at Lauren Ann’s discretion

Minor variations in:
-
embroidery
-
lace placement
-
color tone
-
fabric texture
are a natural part of handcrafted products and do not qualify as defects

By placing an order for a Made-to-Order or Custom Dress, you expressly agree to these terms.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges (Ready-to-Ship Items Only)
We understand that sizing issues may occur while shopping online. We are happy to offer an exchange for size or design, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility Conditions

Return or exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order

Product must be:

Unused and unwashed
-
In original condition
-
With original tags and invoice intact

Products returned in a damaged, worn, altered, or stained condition will not be accepted
Reverse Pickup Guidelines

Our courier partner will attempt reverse pickup up to 2 times
-
If pickup fails after 2 attempts, the request will be cancelled and:

The customer will need to ship the product back at their own cost

If your pin code is not serviceable or courier delays occur:
-
Our team will request you to self-ship the product

A maximum store credit of ₹75 will be issued towards shipping expenses
Exchange Value Adjustment

Lower-value product exchange
→ Balance amount issued as a store credit, usable on the next purchase -
Higher-value product exchange
→ A payment link will be shared for the price difference -
Exchange will be processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection
💳 Refunds

We do not offer cash or bank refunds for returned items unless explicitly stated

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable
❌ Cancellations
To cancel an order:

Request must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order

Please mention your order number
Cancellation Outcomes

Before dispatch → Full refund within 7 working days
-
After dispatch → Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund
-
Made-to-Order / Custom Dresses → No cancellations permitted
🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

Share clear photos and an unboxing video

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution differences
