Refund policy
REFUNDS
Refunds shall be processed in the mode and manner prescribed below:
- You can raise a returns request at the link given below, within 7 days of receiving your order, and choose the ‘Refund’ option - <Insert Link>
- Please raise your returns request within 7 days of receiving your order. No return and refund request would be accepted if it is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- the request of the refund shall be validated by the customer care of the Company;
- Once we receive your returns request, we will arrange for the returns pick up. Please keep the item packed with original bill and tags.
Note:
- Shipping charges are not refundable. You will be refunded only for the product being returned. For orders that availed of free shipping during initial purchase, a shipping fee of Rs. 75 will be deducted while issuing a refund.
- The refund shall be initiated within 10 business days from the date of reverse pickup;
- Products received back by us in a damaged state will not be eligible for a refund
- If you have entered a wrong address / phone number and the product is returned to us, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping and returns cost.
- For international customers, and pickup charges would apply for order exchanges.
- In case of failed attempt at delivery, the product(s) shall be returned to our warehouses and We shall cancel the order and refund the money as per our refund policy.
- In case the order is cancelled before the delivery (for prepaid orders), the refund shall be initiated within 7 working days.
DAMAGED GOODS
If the good you receive are damaged then please mail us at Support@LaurenAnn.in and attach a picture of the damaged product.
We shall get in touch with you ASAP to help you return or exchange your product.
